Reports on time tracking

This article will guide you on how to check reports in the time tracking feature of Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse.

1. Open the time tracking section

You can start by navigating to the Time Tracking section.

2. Click on Reports.

Start by clicking on the reports.

You'll be directed to the Reports dashboard.

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find a drop-down menu. Clicking on it reveals four types of reports: Time Report, Time of Report, Expense Report, and Invoice Report. Let's explore each of these reports.

3. Select Time Report

Select Time Report from the drop-down menu.

Here's what the Time Report looks like.

You have the option to change the time duration. To do this, click on the calendar.

Navigate to the specific month and pick the date from the calendar.

Click on Apply.

The data updates automatically. The hours graph at the top displays the hours, and you can hover over any bars to see the hours for a particular date. Below the graph, you'll find the project names.

If you wish to exclude any projects, click on the project name.

The project will be excluded from the graph. Below, you'll find a list of all the projects' durations and amounts. You can change this view to a weekly or detailed view.

4. Time-off Report

To access the next report, click on the drop-down menu again and select Time of Report.

Here's the Time off Report.

You'll see the time of the graph and below it, a list of all the leaves.

5. Expense Report

Next, we have the Expense Report.

This report shows all the expenses.

You'll find a list of all the approved expenses.

6. Invoice Report

The final report is the Invoice Report. Select it from the drop-down menu.

Here's the Invoice Report.

It contains all the invoices and an invoice graph.

That's how you check reports in time tracking.
