Workflows in Project

In this article, you'll learn how to create a custom workflow in Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse.

1. Open the project

Start by opening your project. Click on Automations at the top of the page.

2. Create a workflow

Navigate to the Workflow section and click "Create Workflow."

3. Enter the details

Type in your desired Workflow name and press Enter.

Click on the Workflow name you've just created.

Click "Add trigger" to start building your workflow.

Select a trigger. For this example, we're choosing Status.

Set the Status to change from "To Do" to "In Progress".

Add an action to your workflow by clicking on Add step.

Click on Add action.

Change the Assignee.

Select Assignee, then Change Assignee.

Choose your Assignee from the dropdown list.

4. Fit the view

Use the Buttons on the left to zoom in, zoom out, fit the view, or toggle interactivity.

Click on Save once you're done setting up your workflow.

5. Test workflows

Test your workflow by changing a task's Status from "To Do" to "In Progress". The Assignee should change automatically.

Go back to the Automation section and open your Workflow to check if it's working as expected.

6. Check workflow history

Click on Run to see the workflow's history. It should show that it was triggered once, and the status is completed.

And that's it! You've successfully created a custom workflow in your project.
