Save the project as a template

In this article, you'll learn how to save your projects as templates in Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse.

1. Navigate to Projects

Start by opening a project from your list of projects.

2. Click on the three dots

To save the project as a template, click on the three dots next to the project name.

3. Click on Save as template

Next, click on Save as Template.

4. Make the desired changes

Here, you're able to modify the name of the template.

You're also given the option to enter a description for the template.

You can choose who to share the template with and select the import options. Either import everything or select specific elements. To do this, click on Selective Imports.

From here, select or deselect items as needed. Once you're done, click on Save Template.

5. Access the saved template

Your template is now saved. When you want to create a new project using this template, click on the plus button next to the project name.

6. Use the template

Then, select Use a Template.

7. Enter the name

Enter the name of your saved template in the search bar.

8. Use the template

Select the template and click on Use Template. Your new project, based on the saved template, is now ready.
