Syncing Projects and tasks with Google Calendar easily

Sync Projects with Google Calendar

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! This guide explains how to sync your projects with Google Calendar and efficiently manage tasks.

1. Navigate to Your Project

Go to the Project Section in Kroolo.

2. Open the desired project

Open your desired project that you want to work on.

3. Access the Calendar Tab

In the project view, click on the Calendar tab. At the top, you’ll see the Sync Calendar option.

4. Sync with Google

Click on Sync Calendar and choose Sync with Google from the options provided.

5. Configure Sync Settings

A prompt will appear asking if you want to include existing tasks. Toggle the option based on your preference and click Save.

6. Add a New Task to the Calendar

To create a new task for a specific date, click on the + button on that date in the calendar.

7. Enter Task Details

Type the name of the task and hit Save. The task will now appear on your calendar.

8. View and Edit Task Details

Click on the task name to open the details window. Here, you can:

  • Assign the task to yourself or another team member.

  • Modify the start and due dates if needed.

Once done, close the popup.

9. Add Unscheduled Tasks to the Calendar

Open the Unscheduled Tasks menu. This will display a list of tasks that have not been assigned dates.

10. Move Tasks to Different Dates

To reschedule a task, simply drag it to a different date.

11. Assign to Yourself

You can assign it to yourselves so that it syncs with your calendar. And you can also change the start and due dates.

12. Expand Task Duration

If a task spans multiple days, drag it across columns to extend its duration.

The task will now appear over multiple dates.
