Import Projects From Smartsheet
Kroolo is a powerful AI-driven productivity tool that simplifies project management. Follow these steps to seamlessly import your projects from Smartsheet into Kroolo:
1. Access the Projects Section
Log into Kroolo, and navigate to the Projects section from the main dashboard.
2. Locate the Import Project Option
In the top right corner of the Projects page, find the Import Project button.
3. Click on Import Project
Click on the Import Project button, and a list of available tools will appear for importing.
4. Connect Smartsheet
Scroll down the list and find Smartsheet. Click on the Connect button next to Smartsheet to initiate the connection.
5. Grant Access
You will be prompted to grant Kroolo access to your Smartsheet account. Follow the instructions to provide the necessary permissions.
6. Choose Workspace and Seat
Once access is granted, select the appropriate workspace and seat from Smartsheet that you wish to import.
7. Select Import Destination
Choose the Kroolo workspace where the project will be imported to.
8. Start Importing
Click on Import to begin the process.
