Edit a Goal in Kroolo

Discover the power of Kroolo, the smart productivity tool. This guide will walk you through the process of editing a goal.

1. Navigate to the Goal Section

Open the Kroolo application and find the goal section in the main menu.

2. Locate the Goal

Scroll through the list of goals and find the specific goal you wish to edit.

3. Edit Goal

Click on the three dots (...) next to the goal to open additional options. From the dropdown menu, select the "Edit Goal" option.

4. Change the Goal Name

In the edit menu, update the goal name to your desired title.

5. Alter the Goal Icon Color

Click on the icon color option and choose a new color to represent your goal.

6. Modify the Goal Description

Update the goal description to reflect any changes or new information.

7. View the Owner Name

Check the current owner's name to ensure it’s correct.

8. Adjust Priority Settings

Modify the priority settings to reflect the urgency of the goal.

9. Check the Status

Review the current status of the goal.

10. Set Start Date

Select a start date from the calendar and click "Apply" to save it.

11. Update Completion Date

Click on the completion date, choose a new date from the calendar, and hit "Apply."

12. Set as Personal Goal

If desired, set the goal as a personal goal for individual tracking.

13. Check Goal Type

View the current goal type to confirm if it’s a team goal or otherwise.

14. Invite Goal Members

Invite team members by adding their names or email addresses, or share a private link with them.

15. Add a Team

If applicable, add a specific team to the goal for collaboration.

16. Add Tags

Enhance the goal by picking tags from the available list.

17. Modify Privacy Settings

Choose to make the goal public or private based on your preferences.

18. Save Changes

Click on the "Close" button to save all changes made to the goal.

Congratulations! The goal is now updated. This is the simple process of editing a goal in Kroolo.
