Create a Goal Using AI

Welcome to Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse! This guide will walk you through the process of creating a goal using a blank template. Let’s get started!

Log into Kroolo and go to the Goal section on your dashboard.

Click on Create Goal to start defining your objective.

Choose Use Kroolo AI to utilize Kroolo's smart assistant. Here, you’ll enter the goal name.

In the goal definition area, describe the purpose and scope of your goal. You can type it out or use the Voice Feature to dictate your goal.

Once your goal is defined, hit Generate Goal. Crulo AI will analyze your input and create a step-by-step plan.

You’ll see key results, metrics, and targets suggested for your goal.

If the output doesn’t align with your expectations, you can regenerate it.

You can also modify the suggested metrics and targets as per your preference.

Once satisfied, click Insert Goal to add it to your list of active goals.

Click on your new goal to see the breakdown of all steps and milestones created by Kroolo AI.

Click on individual milestones to access additional details and steps associated with each milestone.

If we click on a particular goal milestone, we can see additional details.

The goal’s progress is shown as a percentage, allowing you to monitor its completion status.

Assign the goal to a team or specific team members if you’re working on it collaboratively.

Manually add more key results or even sub-goals for a comprehensive goal setup.

Click on the three dots menu to access additional settings or options.

And that’s it! You’ve now created and customized a goal in Kroolo using AI, making your objectives clear and actionable.
