Create a Goal Using Blank Template

Welcome to Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse! This guide will walk you through the process of creating a goal using a blank template. Let’s get started!

1. Navigate to the Goal Section

Open your Kroolo dashboard. Click on the Goal section to begin the goal creation process.

2. Create a Goal

Click on the Create Goal button.

3. Select a Template

Choose the option to Use Blank Template.

4. Enter Goal Details

Enter your Goal Name: Type in a clear and concise name for your goal.

5. Provide a Description

Goal Description: Add a detailed description to outline the purpose and scope of your goal.

6. Customize the Goal Icon

Change Icon Color: If desired, select and modify the goal icon color to match your preference.

7. Set Priority Level

Modify Priority Setting: Adjust the priority of your goal (e.g., High, Medium, Low) to reflect its importance.

8. Adjust the Status

Change Status: Set the current status of the goal (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed).

9. Set Dates

Start Date: Choose the start date for your goal.

Completion Date: Determine the desired completion date for achieving the goal.

10. Choose Goal Type

By default, your goal is set to Personal. To make it a Team Goal, toggle the switch to the On position.

11. Assign to a Team

Click on the Team Icon: This allows you to assign the goal to a specific team.

Select a Team: Choose a team from the list or create a new team if necessary.

12. Add Tags

Add Tags: Select tags from the existing list to categorize your goal.

Choose Multiple Tags: If needed, you can add multiple tags for better organization.

13. Set Price Settings

Modify Price Settings: Adjust the price settings associated with your goal if applicable.

14. Finalize the Goal

Click on Create Goal: Once all information is entered, click the Create Goal button to finalize the setup.

15. Add Key Results

After the goal is created, open it to add all the key results necessary for achievement.

16. Create Sub-Goals (if needed)

If necessary, create sub-goals to break down your main goal into manageable parts and monitor your goals.

And that’s it! You have successfully created a goal from scratch in Kroolo.
