Archive and Unarchive Goals

Welcome to Kroolo, your go-to productivity tool. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you archive and unarchive your goals with ease.

To achieve a goal, just follow these steps👇

Find the goal you want to archive.

Click on the three dots located next to the goal.

Choose the “Archive Goal” option from the dropdown menu.

Confirm by clicking on Archive.

Note: Your goal and its sub-goals will appear grayed out, with an “Archived” tag next to them. You can still open the goal to view all its details.

Ready to bring a goal back into action? Follow these steps to unarchive:

Go to the goal you wish to unarchive.

Click on the three dots next to the archived goal.

Choose the “Unarchive Goal” option.

Confirm by clicking on Unarchive.

Note: The goal will now appear as active, ready for you to continue working on. Return to the Goals page to see the updated status.

With this easy process, archiving and unarchiving goals in Kroolo becomes seamless.
