Compare & Optimize Docs using Kroolo AI
Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! In this guide, you will learn how to compare and optimize documents using Kroolo AI.
1. Navigate to the Docs Section
Open the Kroolo app. Click on the Docs section.
2. Import or Create a Document
You can either import existing documents or create a new one from scratch.
For this guide, we will use an existing document. Click on the desired document to open it.
3. Access the AI Features
Once the document is open, look for the Chat with Doc option located in the top right corner. Click on it to access the AI features.
4. Choose an Optimization Option
You will see several ready-made templates for document optimization.
For this example, let’s say we want to make it longer. Click on the Make Longer option.
5. View the Comparison Window
A comparison window will open, displaying your existing document on the left.
The AI will begin generating a new, enhanced version based on your request. This may take a few seconds.
6. Compare the Versions
Once the AI has generated the new content, you will see both the original and the AI-enhanced versions side by side.
For example, in the benefits section, the AI may have added more bullet points, transforming a single paragraph into a comprehensive guide.
7. Interact with the AI
At the bottom of the comparison window, you have several options:
Ask Questions: Inquire further about the content.
Make Longer: Request the AI to generate more content.
Insert Content: Add the newly generated content at the bottom of the existing document.
Replace Content: Replace the existing content with the new version generated by AI.
Make Shorter: Request a more concise version.
Regenerate: Create a new version based on the current content.
Discard: Cancel any changes.
8. Replace Content (if desired)
If you choose to replace the existing content, click on the Replace option.
Your original content will now be replaced with the newly generated content.
9. Save Changes
Click on Save Changes to ensure your optimized document is saved.
Close the AI popup once you are satisfied with the changes.
10. Review Your Optimized Document
Your newly optimized content is now ready for use! Review the changes to ensure they meet your expectations.
