Chat with Word Document
Welcome to Kroolo, your intelligent productivity powerhouse. This tutorial will show you how to work with Word documents using Kroolo AI.
1. Navigate to Chat with Anything
Access the Chat with Anything section in Kroolo.
2. Select Chat with Doc
Choose the Chat with Doc option.
3. Upload Your Word Document
Drag and drop your Word document or click Browse Files to upload it from your computer.
After upload, a document preview appears on the left, and a summary is displayed on the right.
4. Adjust the Document Preview
Click Autofit to adjust the preview.
Use zoom options or navigation arrows to view different sections of the document.
5. Ask Questions About the Document
Use the chat section to type questions related to the document.
Kroolo AI will analyze the content and provide an answer.
6. Copy or Regenerate Answers
Click Copy to save the response.
Use Regenerate if you need a different answer.
7. Focus on Specific Sections
Click Extract and select a specific part of the document.
Then, click Ask Chat, type your question, and get a tailored response.
