Send Voice Notes in Channels

Welcome to Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse. This guide demonstrates how to send voice messages in channels.

Start by opening the channel where you want to send a voice message. This can be a team or project channel.

Take note of the message displayed in the channel that you’d like to respond to.

To reply with a voice note, click on the Record button. This will initiate the voice recording feature.

Begin speaking your message. The system will capture your voice.

Once you’re done recording, click on Done to stop and confirm your voice note. It’s now ready to review.

You can play back the voice note to check if everything is correct, or download it for future use. If you're satisfied with the recording, proceed to the next step.

Click on Send to send the voice note to the channel. It will now appear in the message thread.

Once sent, you (and others in the channel) can listen to the voice note by clicking Play.

You also have the option to download or delete the voice note if needed.

At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find the transcript of the voice note for easy reference.
