Archive and Unarchive channels
Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to archive and unarchive channels in Kroolo.
1️⃣ Archiving a Channel
1. Select the Channel
Navigate to your list of channels and select the channel that you want to archive.
2. Open Channel Options
Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the channel window to open the options menu.
3. Archive the Channel
From the menu, select "Archive Channel" and confirm the action when prompted.
Result: Channel Archived
The channel is now archived. You'll see an archive tag, and the text box at the bottom will disappear, indicating that no messages can be sent in this channel.
2️⃣ Unarchiving a Channel
1. Select the Archived Channel
Go back to your channel list and select the archived channel that you want to unarchive.
2. Open Channel Options
Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner to access the options menu.
3. Unarchive the Channel
From the menu, choose "Unarchive Channel" and confirm the action.
Result: Channel Unarchived
The channel is now unarchived. When you open it, you will see the text box at the bottom, which means the channel is ready for communication again.
