Chat with Excel Files Using Kroolo AI
Welcome to Kroolo, your Smart Productivity Powerhouse. This tutorial outlines the process of interacting with Excel files or spreadsheets using Kroolo AI.
1. Access the Chat with Anything Section
Log in to Kroolo and navigate to the Chat with Anything section.
2. Search for Chat with XLS
Locate the Chat with xls option and select it.
3. Upload Your File
Drag and Drop a file (CSV, XLS, or XLSX), or
Click Browse Files to upload a file from your computer.
For this tutorial, we'll use the drag-and-drop method.
4. Preview Your File
Once uploaded, a preview of the spreadsheet appears on the left side.
5. Adjust the View
Use the Auto Fit option to adjust the view and zoom in or out as needed.
6. Navigate Between Pages
If the spreadsheet contains multiple pages, move between them as required.
7. Start Asking Questions
Extract questions related to the spreadsheet and click Send. Kroolo AI will analyze and respond, such as showing the number of items sold.
8. Use the Extract Feature
Select a specific section of the spreadsheet.
Click Ask a Chat and type your question about that section.
Hit Send to receive a detailed response.
9. Interact with the Responses
Kroolo AI allows you to:
Copy the response.
Regenerate the content.
Like or Dislike the response for feedback
