Configure AI agent access and usage limits
Manage who can use your AI agents and set usage limits to ensure usage stays on track. Control access for specific users or groups and adjust query limits as needed.
1. Click on the profile
In the Enterprise Search Dashboard, click your profile icon.
2. Navigate to the settings
Select Settings from the menu on the left.
3. Click AI Agents.
Under Access Controls, choose either All users or Specific users and groups.
4. Add users
To add users, click Select Users. Type a user’s name or email, or pick from the list.
5. Set the daily query
Set the Daily query limit per user by clicking the dropdown and choosing a value.
6. Set the monthly query
Set the Monthly query limit per user. Click the dropdown and make your selection. You can choose “unlimited” if needed.
Click Save Changes to apply your settings.
Limit AI agent use to the right people and maintain predictable usage. Review these settings regularly to balance access and cost.
