Audit logs
In this article, you'll learn how to use the Audit Logs feature in Kroolo to track user and system actions across your organisation.
1. Navigate to the profile section
You can start by clicking on your profile.
You can just navigate to the Settings.
2. Access the audit log
Click on the Audit Logs option on the left side of the screen.
Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of audit logs. These logs provide details such as titles, modules, workspace, action, user, and when edited. They help you monitor what's been updated, deleted, or created in your organisation.
3. Locate your project, workspace, etc
Click on the dropdown menu to select a specific action.
Choose between Create, Update, and Delete.
For instance, if you select Create, you'll see a list of workspaces, projects, goals, etc., along with the date of creation and the creator's name.
Click on the module dropdown menu to select specific modules.
For example, if you want to view all deleted forms, select Forms from the module dropdown and Deleted from the action dropdown. The results will update accordingly, showing all deleted forms, who deleted them, and when.
Click on the multi-action dropdown menu to select multiple actions.
For instance, if you want to include updated forms in your search, select the Update option.
Now, you'll see that two actions are selected, and the results will include both updated and deleted forms.
4. View the detailed log information
Click on the three dots to view detailed audit log information.
And that's it! You've now learned how to effectively use audit logs in Kroolo.
