Manage Users
Discover the smart productivity powerhouse, Kroolo, and learn how to efficiently manage users within your organization.
A) Managing Existing Users
1. Access the Profile
Click on your profile icon to begin managing users.
2. Go to Settings
Navigate to the Settings section from the dropdown menu.
3. Select "Users"
Click on the Users tab. A list of all users in the organization will be displayed.
4. Review User Status
View the status of each user, including:
Active Users
Pending Requests
5. Check User Roles
Examine the role assigned to each user.
6. View Workspace Access
Determine which workspaces each user can access.
7. Explore Workspaces
Click on the workspace names to see a detailed list of workspaces accessible to a specific user.
8. Review Reporting Manager
Check the reporting manager assigned to each user.
Additionally, view:
The member who invited them.
The date of their invitation.
9. Access More Options
Click on the three dots next to a user's name for additional options
10. Edit User Details
Select Edit User to update:
Designation
Department
Role
Email Address
Reporting Manager
11. Assign a Reporting Manager
Modify or assign a reporting manager for the user.
12. Change User's Country
Update the user's country of operation.
13. Grant Workspace Access
Provide access to additional workspaces and click Close when done. The user's information will now be updated.
14. Deactivate or Delete Users
Click on the three dots again to:
Deactivate the user.
Delete the user from the organization.
B) Inviting New Users
1. Create a New User
Click on Create User.
2. Enter User Details
Fill in the required details to invite a new user to the organization.
C) Use the Bulk Upload Option
Click on Bulk Upload to add multiple users at once.
D) Filtering and Searching Users
Filter the user list using various categories. Search for specific users by name to locate them quickly.
