Add Hubspot Automations in Projects to Automate CRM Processes

Welcome to Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse. Here’s a step-by-step guide for setting up CRM automations with HubSpot.

1. Access Your Project

Open Kroolo and click on your project.

2. Navigate to Automations

In your project, look at the top-right corner and click on the Automation option.

3. Browse for HubSpot Automations

Click on Browse to explore available automation options.

4. Select HubSpot

Scroll to the bottom and click on HubSpot to access its automations.

5. Choose Your Automation

Review the available HubSpot automations. For example, you can set up an automation that creates a new company whenever a task is completed.

Click on When task completed, then create company.

6. Connect with HubSpot

Click Connect to link your HubSpot account.

7. Enter Company Details

In the popup, enter the Company Details required for the automation.

8. Enter the Domain Name

Provide the Domain Name of the company.

9. Enter the Company Name

Enter the Company Name.

10. Select Industry

Choose the relevant Industry for the company from the dropdown list.

11. Choose the City and Save

Select the City and then click Save to finalize the automation.

12. Close the Popup

Close the popup to return to your project view.

13. Complete a Task

After finishing a task, click Mark as Done. This triggers the automation to add the company to the CRM.

14. Verify in CRM

Go to CRM > Companies to see the new company added automatically.

Now you’ve set up an automation in Kroolo that updates your HubSpot CRM whenever a task is completed.
