Import Projects from Airtable

Kroolo is a powerful AI-driven productivity tool that simplifies project management. Follow these steps to seamlessly import your projects from Airtable into Kroolo-

1. Access the Project Section

Log into Kroolo, and navigate to the Projects section from the main dashboard.

2. Locate the Import Project Option

In the top right corner of the Projects page, find the Import Project button.

3. Click on Import Project

Click on the Import Project button, and a list of available tools will appear for importing.

4. Connect Airtable

Scroll down the list and find Airtable. Click on the Connect button next to Airtable to initiate the connection.

5. Grant Access

You will be prompted to grant Kroolo access to your Airtable account. Follow the instructions to provide the necessary permissions.

6. Choose Workspace and Seat

Once access is granted, select the appropriate workspace and seat from Airtable that you wish to import.

7. Select the Airtable Project

Choose the project that will be imported.

8. Select Import Destination

Choose the Kroolo workspace where the project will be imported to.

9. Start Importing

Click on Import to begin the process.

10. Map the Imported Sections

Start mapping the task name and description.

11. Start date

Since there is no data in the table, we can leave this empty. Same with end date. Priority, status. Attachment is also empty.

Once you have mapped all the fields correctly, click on confirm to import. As you can see, our project is imported, and all the tasks are neatly organized into different groups.

That's how you can easily import a project from Airtable.
