Create a sub-goal

Discover the power of smart productivity with Kroolo. This guide will walk through the process of creating a sub goal within a goal.

1. Access the Goals Section

Go to the Goals section, where you can view a list of all your existing goals.

2. Select a Goal

Click on the specific goal where you’d like to create a sub-goal.

3. Add a Sub-Goal

Scroll to the bottom of the goal page and select Add Sub-Goal.

4. Name the Sub-Goal

A prompt will appear asking for the sub-goal name. Enter the name of the sub-goal and press Enter.

5. Confirm Creation

Once you press Enter, your sub-goal is created! Now you can begin customizing it to fit your needs.

6. Set the Sub-Goal Priority

Adjust the Priority level to indicate the importance of this sub-goal.

7. Monitor Sub-Goal Progress

Check the progress of the sub-goal at any time.

8. Identify the Sub-Goal Owner

The owner of the sub-goal is displayed here, showing who is responsible.

9. Assign to a Team and Add Tags

You can assign the sub-goal to a team and add relevant tags for better organization.

10. Access Additional Options

Click on the three dots for more options, such as adding key steps to achieve the sub-goal.

And that's it! You’ve now successfully created a sub-goal within a goal in Kroolo.
