Easily update your availability status in Kroolo for better communication

Change Account Status in Kroolo

Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! Follow these steps to change your status.

1. Access Your Profile

Click on your profile icon in the top corner of the screen.

2. View Current Status

Notice that your current status is displayed (e.g., "Online").

3. Set a New Status

Click on "Set a Status." A list of options will appear. Choose one that fits your situation. For example, if you are in a meeting, click on "In Meeting."

Your status will now be updated to reflect this change.

4. Set a Custom Status (Optional)

To create a custom status, click on "Set a Status" again.

At the bottom of the options, select "Custom Status. Click on the pencil icon to edit.

5. Create Your Custom Status

Type the name of your custom status in the text field. Choose a color for your status. Press "Enter" to save.

6. Select Your Custom Status

Now, you can choose your new custom status (e.g., "BRB"). Your status will be updated accordingly.

You’ve successfully changed your status in Kroolo! Repeat these steps anytime you need to update your availability.
