Change Password in Kroolo
Explore the Smart Productivity Powerhouse, Kroolo. This guide demonstrates how to update your Kroolo account password. Follow these simple steps to ensure your account stays secure.
1. Access Your Profile
Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select the Change Password Option
From the dropdown menu, select the “Change Password” option.
3. Proceed to Change Password
On the next screen, click on “Change Password” again to proceed.
4. Enter Your Current Password
Enter your current password in the designated field.
5. Set Your New Password
Enter a new password. Ensure it meets the following criteria 👇
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
A number
A special character
Minimum of eight characters long
6. Confirm Your New Password
Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
7. Update Your Password
Click on the “Update Password” button to save your changes.
8. Return to the Dashboard
Once the password is updated, click on "Home" to return to the dashboard.
