Join and Switch Organizations
Discover the power of Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse! This guide will help you accept invitations from other organizations and switch between them seamlessly.
(A) Accepting an Invitation from Another Organization
1. Identify Your Current Organization
Begin by checking the name of your current organization displayed in the workspace.
2. Initiate the Invitation Acceptance Process
Click the drop-down arrow in the top right corner of your screen. Look for any new invitations received.
◀️ Alternative Method: Accepting via Profile
Click on your profile icon. Navigate to 'Switch Account' to view any pending invitations.
3. Accept the Invitation
Click 'Accept' next to the invitation. You will be redirected to the new organization's workspace.
Confirm that the name of the current organization has changed to the new one.
(B) Switching Back to Your Previous Organization
1. Click on the Drop-Down Menu
Return to the top right corner and click the drop-down arrow again.
2. Select Your Previous Organization
Choose your previous organization from the list. The default organization name will now be visible in your workspace.
