Manage Tags in Kroolo
Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. In this step-by-step guide, we'll walk you through how to manage tags using the Tag Manager.
1. Access Your Profile
Click on your profile icon.
2. Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings
3. Open the Tag Manager
Click on Tags. You will be redirected to your Tags Manager.
4. View Existing Tags
Here, you’ll see a list of all your existing tags.
5. Add a New Tag
To add a new tag 👇
Click on Add Tag.
Type the name of the tag.
Select the appropriate color.
Hit Create.
Your new tag is now added!
6. Deactivate a Tag
To temporarily deactivate a tag, click on the toggle next to the tag. The tag will now show as inactive.
7. Delete a Tag
To delete a tag completely 👇
Click on the Delete button.
Confirm by clicking Agree.
Hit Delete.
The tag will be removed from your list.
8. Edit Existing Tags
To edit an existing tag 👇
Change the color by clicking on the color circle and selecting a new color.
Modify the text by clicking on the tag name and editing it.
9. Filter and Search Tags
You can filter tags based on their active or inactive state. Use the search functionality to find a specific tag quickly.
