Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. In this guide, we will show how to add and manage comments in your Kroolo documents.

1. Open the Document

Start by opening the document where you want to add a comment.

2. Select the Paragraph

Highlight the specific paragraph or text you want to comment on.

3. Choose the "Add a Comment" Option

From the menu that appears, select the "Add a comment" option.

4. Type Your Comment

Enter your comment in the text box that appears.

5. Mention a Team Member (Optional)

If necessary, mention a team member by using the @mention feature to notify them directly.

6. Mention Related Items

You can also mention a person, channel, document, project, task, or team within your comment to link them.

7. Format Your Comment

Use text formatting for emphasis πŸ‘‡

  • Bold

  • Italic

  • Strikethrough

  • Underline

8. Add Lists or Attach Files

You can include πŸ‘‡

  • Bullet lists

  • Numbered lists

  • Attach files to provide more context or resources

9. Attach Images

If needed, add images to your comment for visual clarification.

10. Add Emojis

Personalize your comment by inserting emojis to express emotion or make the feedback fun!

11. Click "Send"

Once your comment is complete, click the "Send" button to submit it.

12. View All Comments

To see all comments on the document, click the message icon at the top of the page.

13. Mark as Resolved

After suggestions have been addressed, click Mark as resolved to close the comment thread.

14. Edit or Delete Comments

You can also edit or delete comments if needed. Use the filter to view resolved or open comments.
