This tutorial will guide you through sending Direct Messages to any Team Member using Kroolo Channels, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do👇

Begin your journey by navigating to the channel section in Kroolo. Click on 'Channels' located on the left-hand side.

If you want to direct message any team member, just click on 'Direct Messages.'

In the search bar, type the member's name.

Select the member from the search results.

Type your message and hit send.
