Group DMs in Kroolo
Discover the power of Kroolo, the smart productivity powerhouse. This guide demonstrates how to communicate using group Direct Messages (DMs).
1. Access Direct Messages
Navigate to the Direct Messages section. Here, you’ll see a list of all your existing conversations.
2. Open a Conversation
Select the conversation where you want to add a new member.
3. Add a New Member
Click on the three dots (options menu) next to the member’s name. Choose Add Member from the dropdown list.
4. Search for the New Member
In the pop-up, start typing the name of the member you wish to invite.
5. Send the Invite
Select the correct member from the list. Click Send Invite. The member will now be invited to the conversation.
6. Close the Pop-up
Once the invite is sent, close the pop-up window.
7. Send a Message to Both Members
In the conversation window, type a message that will be visible to both members.
8. Hit Send
Click Send to share your message with the group.
When you return to the Direct Messages section, you’ll see the names of all group members in the conversation, making collaboration seamless.
