This tutorial will guide you through the process of mentioning items in channels using Kroolo Channels, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Navigate to the Channel Section

Begin your journey by navigating to the channel section in Kroolo. Click on 'Channels'.

2. Open a Channel

Select and open the channel where you want to mention items. Channels are dedicated spaces for specific teams, projects, or topics.

3. Locate the Mention Option

In the message box at the bottom of the channel, locate the mention option in the footer of your screen.

This feature allows you to tag relevant items and people easily.

4. Mention Items

Use the '@' option to tag a person, another channel, a document, a project, a task, or an entire team.

Alternatively, you can type a message to provide context or additional information.

5. Hit Send

After crafting your mention or message, hit the send button to share it with the channel members.

Your mention will notify the individuals, ensuring they stay in the loop.
