Import Boards from Azure DevOps into Kroolo
Easily bring your Azure Boards into Kroolo to keep your projects in sync and your workflows running smoothly. This tutorial walks you through each step of the import process, from connecting your Azure account to selecting teams and assigning users.
1. Navigate to the settings
In Kroolo, click your profile and select Settings from the left sidebar.
2. Click Integrations.
Use the search bar to type “Azure.” When the Azure card appears, click Connect.
A successful connection message will appear. You’ll now see the option to choose your import scope. Click on the import scope to review what can be imported.
3. Start the Import
Select your Azure organisation. Click the organisation selector and pick your organisation from the list.
4. Select the project
Choose the project you want to import. Click Select Project and pick your desired project.
Select your team. Click the team selector and choose the relevant team.
Select the Kroolo workspace where you want the board to import. Click the workspace dropdown and choose your workspace.
(Optional) Enable two-way sync. This keeps updates flowing between Azure Boards and Kroolo. You can toggle this on and see available sync options.
Click Import to proceed.
5. Review the Summary
Review the summary of elements that will be imported, then click Next.
6. Assign Users
Assign users to the imported tasks, or skip this step. To assign, click Assign User, select from the list, and hit Confirm Import.
Your board is now imported! Go back to the home screen.
7. Navigate to the Project section.
Open your newly imported project.
Explore all your imported tasks and verify the details.
