Chat in enterprise search
This article will guide you on how to effectively use the Chat feature in the enterprise service to swiftly access the information you need.
1. Navigate to the chat section
Begin by navigating to the Chat section.
Here, you'll find a chat window. Ask any questions, and the AI will retrieve all relevant information from the connected tools and files in the knowledge base.
Whether you're searching for event details, company policies or anything else, simply type your questions in the search box.
After typing your question, hit send. The AI will sift through all the details and provide an accurate answer within a few seconds.
The answer will appear like this. If you wish to export this information, click on Export.
You'll be presented with two options. You can export the information in either PDF or markdown format. You're also able to like, dislike, copy the information, or flag the response for further questions.
Click on Sources to view a list of all the source files, each with a relevance score next to it.
In the tasks section, you'll see a list of all tasks the AI has performed.
Click on new chat to start a new conversation. Below this, you'll find a chat history.
Click on chat history on the left to view the history of all your chats.
Click on Open chat to open a chat from the history. You also have the option to delete the chat from here.
If you wish to delete all chats, click on the Trash All button at the top.
And that's it! You're now equipped to use the chat feature in enterprise service to quickly find any kind of information.
