Create forms using templates

In this article, you'll learn how to add a form to your projects in Kroolo using a template.

1. Open the Project

You can just navigate to the project section and open the project where you want to add a form.

2. Head to the form section.

Open the form section.

If it's not enabled, click on the plus button to enable it.

3. Select the way to create a form

In the form section, you'll find three ways to create a form: starting from scratch, using a template, or using AI. We'll use a template. Click on Start with a template.

4. Select the template

Select the desired form template. For this tutorial, we'll create a feedback form.

5. Customize the form

Once the form is open, you're free to customize it. You can change the logo.

Below the logo, you can enter a description of the form.

6. Tailor Your Forms: Edit Titles & Add Placeholder Text

Customize the specific elements of the form. You can change the title of these elements and add placeholder text.

7. Customize Your Form: Required Fields, Deletion, and Drag & Drop

Enable the required field option if necessary. You can also delete fields or use the drag-and-drop function to rearrange them.

8. Add Custom columns

If you need additional columns, select from the available fields or click on the plus button to add a new field.

9. Personalize Your Form Choose a Background Color

On the right side, you can change the form's background color. Pick a color from the provided list.

You can also change the color of the submit button.

10. Manage reCAPTCHA and Branding Options

Enable or disable recaptcha. You also have the option to disable the Kroolo branding.

11. Control Your Form Responses Set Limits with a Simple Toggle

If you want to limit the responses, enable the toggle and enter the number of responses you want to receive.

12. Schedule the Form

Schedule a close date by enabling the toggle and clicking on Add close date. Pick a date from the calendar and hit apply.

13. Publish the Form

Once you're done, click on Publish. Your form is now published.

14. Copy and Distribute the Link

Copy the link of your form. You can now use it on your landing pages or share it directly with your customers.

15. Preview the form

To preview the form, click on Preview.

In the responses section, you'll receive all the responses.

And that's how you create a form using a template in Kroolo.
