How to Integrate Salesforce and Create Tasks and Leads Instantly in Kroolo

Unleash the potential of intelligent productivity with Kroolo. This tutorial illustrates how to integrate Salesforce with K foroolo immediate task and lead creation.

(A) Setting Up the Integration

1. Access Integration Settings

Go to Profile > Settings in Kroolo. Navigate to the Integration section.

2. Search for Salesforce

In the search bar, type Salesforce to locate the integration option.

3. Connect Salesforce

Click on Connect next to Salesforce to begin the integration.

4. Authorize the Connection

Follow the prompts to complete the authorization. A confirmation pop-up will appear upon successful connection.

(B) Creating a Lead in Salesforce

1. Start Creating a Lead

From your dashboard, choose Create Lead to start adding a new lead.

2. Select the Salutation

Choose the appropriate Salutation (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.) for the lead.

3. Enter First Name

Input the First Name of the lead.

4. Enter Last Name

Input the Last Name of the lead.

5. Provide Email Address

Enter the Email Address for the lead.

6. Enter Phone Number

Add the Phone Number of the lead.

7. Add Company and Title

Provide the Company and Title details for the lead.

8. Save the Lead

After entering all details, click on Save. Your lead is now added to Salesforce.

9. Verify Lead in Salesforce

To view your newly created lead, go to Sales > Leads in Salesforce.

(C) Creating a Task

1. Start Creating a Task

Choose Create Task to start adding a new task.

2. Enter Task Subject

Input the Subject of the task.

3. Set Task Status

Select the Status (e.g., In Progress, Completed) for the task.

4. Set Task Priority

Choose the Priority level (e.g., High, Medium, Low).

5. Select Due Date

Pick the Due Date for the task.

6. Add Task Summary

Enter a Summary that describes the task details.

7. Save the Task

Click on Save to finalize and create the task.

8. Verify Task in Salesforce

To view your newly created task, navigate to the Task section in Salesforce.
