Manage Members in Teams
Welcome to Kroolo—your smart productivity tool. Follow these steps to manage your team members effortlessly.
1. Access the Team Section
Start by navigating to the Team section on your Kroolo dashboard.
2. Select a Team
You'll see a list of all available teams. Click on the specific team you want to manage to open it.
3. Invite New Members
Click Invite Member to add a new team member.
Type the potential member's name or email address in the search field.
Select the member from the list and click Send Invite to invite them.
4. Check the Updated Team List
Go to the Member Section to see the updated list of team members. To share a private link, simply copy the link provided and share it with the new team member directly.
5. Remove a Member
To remove a team member, click on the Remove button beside their name. Confirm the action by agreeing to the prompt and clicking Remove again.
6. Search and Filter Members
Use the Search Bar to find specific members quickly.
Filter members by categories like Invite Status, Reporting Manager, Invited By, and Invited On.
