Create and Manage Teams
Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. Here we've discussed the process of creating and managing teams in Kroolo.
1. Navigate to the Team Section
Start by opening Kroolo and navigating to the Team section.
🔹Creating a New Team
2. View Existing Teams
In the Team section, you'll see a list of all existing teams. Take a moment to review this list.
3. Create a New Team
Click on the New Team option to initiate the creation process.
4. Enter Team Details
Name the Team: Enter the desired name for your new team in the provided field.
Customize the Icon: Change the team icon color to match your preference.
Provide a Description: Write a brief description of the team in the designated area.
5. Adding Members to the Team
Click on Add Member to start adding members to your newly created team.
Type the Member’s Name or Email: Enter the name or email address of the member you want to add.
Select the Member: Choose the correct member from the dropdown list
Adjust Access Settings: Configure the access settings for the new member as needed.
Confirm Addition: Click on Add Member to finalize the addition.

6. Set Privacy Settings
Modify the privacy settings for the team according to your needs.
7. Finalize Team Creation
Click on Create Team to complete the team creation process.
8. Manage Your New Team
View the Newly Created Team: Check that your new team appears in the list.
Add to Favorites: Click on the star icon to add the team to your favorites for easy access.
Access Additional Options: Click on the three dots for more options, such as editing the team, inviting additional members, or deleting the team.
View Team Members: Click on your team to see the list of all team members.
Invite or Remove Members: You can invite more members or remove existing members by clicking on the minus sign.
