Add Docs to Task
Explore the power of smart productivity with Kroolo. This guide demonstrates how to attach a document to a task.
1. Select the Appropriate Workspace
Begin by selecting the workspace where the project and task are located.
2. Navigate to the Document Section
Go to the Doc section. You will see a list of available documents. Choose the document you want to attach to a task.
3. Add the Document to the Task
Click on the three dots next to the chosen document. From the dropdown, select Add to Task.
4. Choose the Project and Task
Select the project that contains the task. Choose the specific task where you want the document attached. Click Add to confirm.
5. Confirm the Document Attachment
Navigate to the Project section. The selected project will now display the task with the attached document under the Doc section.
Optional: Add a Document Directly from the Project Section
You can also attach a document from the project section. Click on Add a Doc.
Or search for or select the document from the list.
This simple process ensures your documents are organized and easily accessible within tasks!
