Get started with Kroolo
Welcome to Kroolo, your smart productivity powerhouse. In this guide, we'll walk you through getting started with Kroolo.
1. Visit the Kroolo Website
Visit kroolo.com
Once you're on the landing page, you can either start with your email address or click on the "Sign Up for Free" button in the top right corner.
2. Sign Up for Free
Click on the "Sign Up for Free" button.
You'll be redirected to a new page where you can either enter your email address or sign up directly with your Google account.
Click on Sign Up with Google
Choose the email you want to use to create the account and click Continue.
3. Enter Your Email Address
Enter your email address and click on "Get Started".
You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via email.
4. Verify Your Email
Open your inbox and locate the email from Kroolo. Enter the OTP code to verify your account.
5. Enter Your Personal Details
Enter your full name.
Create a password that contains 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character, and 1 number.
6. Complete the Sign up Process
Click on "I am not a robot".
Agree to the terms and click on "Sign Up".
7. Set Up Your Account
Click on "Let's Start", and you'll be redirected to a new page.
Enter your account name and click "Continue".
8. Choose Your Usage Type
Choose whether you will use Kroolo for yourself or with a team. Select the number of team members if applicable, and click "Continue".
9. Choose the Purpose
Select the purpose of using Kroolo and click "Continue".
10. Integrate Tools (Optional)
You can integrate any tools here or choose to do it later from the dashboard.
Click "Skip" if you want to do this later.
11. Create Your First Workspace
Name your workspace and click "Continue".
12. Invite Team Members (Optional)
Enter the email addresses of team members you want to invite and click "Invite".
Click "Continue" to proceed.
13. Create Your First Project
Enter the name of your first project and click "Continue".
14. Access Your New Kroolo Account
Click on "Take Me to Kroolo" to enter your account.
15. Explore the Get Started Guide & Video Library
You'll find a Get Started Guide and Video Library to help you learn how to use the platform.
Click on the Library to access guides on various topics like introduction, using Kroolo AI, creating tasks, and projects.
16. Navigate the Dashboard
Close the Popup to view your dashboard. You’ll see your account details, including account name, ID, and email address.
The workspace name and project details will be displayed.
17. Manage Your Project
Click on your project name to see some demo tasks.
You can delete these tasks by selecting all three tasks and clicking on "Delete".
Add new tasks by entering the task name and clicking "Save".
Adjust the task status, priority, due date, and add tags for additional details.
18. View Tasks in Board View
Switch to the Board View to see all your tasks organized visually.
Click on your Workspace Name to return to the homepage.
19. Use the Quick Start Guide
The Quick Start Guide provides instructions on how to create a workspace, project, and import projects.
You can click on See Video for more detailed instructions.
