Generate Content Using Custom AI Agents

Discover the power of Kroolo, a smart productivity tool that leverages AI agents to generate content effortlessly. Follow this guide to learn how to create content using these AI agents.

Open the Kroolo app and go to the AI Agents section.

Select the option Generate Content with AI. This will redirect you to a page filled with various templates designed for different use cases.

From the left menu, choose a category, or use the search bar to find a specific template.

For example, if you want to create a sales email, click on the Sales Email template.

In the template, provide a title for your content.

Enter the appropriate title based on the content you wish to create.

Modify the pre-filled prompt to suit your needs or keep it as is.

Enable the Knowledge Base option to add relevant sources, media, project links, or YouTube scripts to your content.

Adjust the persona and tone of the content to match your target audience and objectives.

Click Generate to allow the AI to create the content.

The AI will produce the content, providing detailed instructions and, if applicable, a ready-to-use email body with best practices.

Review the AI-generated content. If you're unsatisfied, click on Regenerate to create a new version.

You can also use this step to create a document based on the content.

Use the Copy Content option if you need to paste the content elsewhere, or click Create Doc to proceed.

After this, an AI Chat window will open on the right side for any further questions or clarifications regarding the content.

Click on View Doc to see the final version of your email or content template.
