Guide: How to Import Projects from Jira

This tutorial will guide you through the process of importing projects from Jira within Kroolo, designed for users of all levels. Here's what you need to do👇

1. Select Workspace

Step 1: Choose the workspace where you want to import your board.

2. Navigate to Projects

Step 2: Go ➡️ 'Projects' section.

3. Import Projects

Step 3: Click on the 'Import Projects' option at the top of the page.

4. Select the Integration Tool

From the list of tools, select 'Jira' and click on 'Connect'

5. Authorize Access

Step 5: An authorization request will appear on your screen. You can click 'Accept' to proceed.

6. Select Project Board

Step 6: Once the integration is established, choose the 'Project Board' to import.

7. Choose Workspace

Step 7: Decide which workspace to import the project into. For instance, to import the projects into the design workspace, you can just select it.

Click on 'Import' to finalize the process.
