Kroolo Help Center
In this article, you'll learn how to navigate and make the most of Kroolo's Help Center.
1. Navigate to the help icon
Start by clicking on the icon at the top of the platform. This will open a pop-up window with featured articles and videos.
2. View the Videos
To view all available videos, click on the View all videos option. This will redirect you to a page filled with videos explaining every feature of the platform.
3. Access the help center
Click on the View Help Center option.
This will take you to the Help Center, where you'll find articles about every feature.
4. Search by categories
Click on any specific category to find a step-by-step guide on how to use the platform.
5. Use AI for assistance
You're also able to use AI for assistance. Type your question into the provided field. For instance, if you want to know how to create a project using AI, type your question and hit Send. The AI will generate a precise answer for you.
6. Access the relevant article
The AI will also provide a link to a relevant resource. Click on this link to jump directly to the specific article.
